About Me
Hey there! My name is Angel. Are you tired of feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice? So was I.
I used to struggle with my weight, weighing in at a whopping 87kgs. I was constantly exhausted, couldn't keep up with my friends, and every time I tried to diet, I would fall sick. To make matters worse, I would overdo it with exercise, leading to burnout.
All I wanted was to lose Fat, FAST !!!
For 10 years, I was stuck in a cycle of ups and downs because I was surrounded by confusing fitness advice.
As a Zumba trainer, I was afraid to lift weights because I didn't want to look bulky.
I became frustrated with all the misleading fitness information out there and decided to become a Personal Trainer to learn the truth.
And what I discovered was life-changing and something anyone can do for the rest of their life.
I discovered resistance training is not just healthy, it can make you strong, transform your body, excel your health and offers endless ways to progress but the absolute answer was it's something that will help the most with a quality fat loss.
But then I was so frustrated with all the misleading fitness info out there, and it made me sad to see so many women struggling.
That's why I'm on a mission to show you how fun and simple fitness can be and to put an end to the confusing advice that's holding us back.
I want to help you feel confident and comfortable in your own body, without thinking you need super-low body fat or extreme diets/ workouts to be healthy..
