I've tried diets such as IF, keto, portion control & even fell for slimming soap & supplements & bs juicesπ€£. Nothing ever worked. I do zumba almost everyday thinking this is the only way to lose weight. How wrong I was then.
I used to feel guilty eating the whole box of pizza & punish myself with 2 hours of zumba. Now I eat creamy spaghetti carbonara almost every week & I still lose inches & weight. From walking only 5k steps a day to 15k steps a day with ease.
Hari Raya is feared by dieters out there. But not me. I was ready to gain some weight during raya if it means I can enjoy the celebration with my family & friends. It’s been 4 months, I’ve started my fat loss journey with coach Angel. First of all, I would like to thank her for teaching me on how to understand my body’s needs βΊοΈπ
I’ve been trying to lose weight and NONE of the methods I've used (cut sugar, rice, oil) worked for me π β
I've lost 14.3inches and 5.8kg with her and I train online with her π¬
Did I starve myself and workout everyday ? NO ! I only workout 3 times per week and eat according to my body's need π₯° That means having healthy and happy food π₯ππͺπ«

Weight loss has always been an up and down journey for me.
I was constantly bullied for being overweight growing up. π₯Ί As I grew older I got away with it until Covid happened. I was 95kg and reality hit. My health was bad and my life was crumbling. I wanted to turn my life around and get healthier.
So I started my weight loss journey and managed to reach 85kg on my own. How, you ask? π
Like most of us girls, it meant giving up the foods we love eating. I stopped seeing results at one point. I was tired of the ‘weight loss journey’π€§π€§.
My cravings kept increasing but right when I was about to give up. I met her, my mentor of our "girl gang"π€
Angel taught me tricks, hacks, and flexibility when it comes to eating for fat loss and the benefits of strength training π€―π€―
I no longer wanted to lose weight, I wanted to lose fat π€
And I did !!!πͺπ
With her guidance, I dropped 5kg and 18.2 inches of my bodyπ³ I would have been sad if I only lost 5kgs last year, but now I understand what quality fat loss isπ .

My wish of getting leaner for my sister’s wedding came true. For the first time I felt confident in my own skin. I am also stronger now . I included a pic of me π€

Whenever I see myself in the picture or mirror, I despise myself, wishing for smaller arms and thighs, I always wish I am skinnier because I didn't like the girl in the mirror.
She wasn't good enough. ..
I did more damage then good to my body and I put on a massive 10 kg in a short period last year.

The last phase of fat loss is not easy , she did went through it! You need to have a game plan.
She went from XL to S size !
She lost 3kgs but....
A whopping 12.7inches off...
So what's the take away?
If you want a particular body shape.. round shoulders.. round glutes... Toned legs..

What you should be focused on is :

What if your glow up was meant to be at 50? 7kg in 6months. 21.3INCHES in total & dare I say ABS!
She always had back pain but she was a cardio bunny . She loves dancing and weights were a big no no for her. That’s how I first became her trainer.
But we stopped because she started having massive back pains and would be bed ridden for weeks . I didn’t know how to help her back then.
She was half of the inspiration on me going on to take courses and tools I know that would help not just to be fit but eliminate injury in anyway possible β€οΈ
The lockdown happened and she reached me out again. She mentioned about going through menopause, having blood sugar and also cholesterol that were affecting her.
Anyone who has been through menopause, or going through it would know how it could affect you mentally and physically.
Taking multiple courses became my greatest weapon, long hours of studying and free temporary coaching to gain experience did pay off!!
I understood what she needed, what she was going through and we started. After 3months she became a brand new person . I posted her first transformation on Instagram in March and she inspired many other people who taught IT WAS TOO LATE.

Three months of into phase 2 and She turned 52kg. She now has 4packs.. with
2packs slightly covered. 7kg in 6months. 21.3INCHES in total π

It’s trusting the process. Showing up. Wanting to be healthier. Cursing the roof off when I say two more π and my FAVOURITE part is when she told me she could pray without having to use a chair during ramadhan during terawih prayers

“You’re not alone if you gained massive weight during the pandemic. My sisters and I got to an extend where our clothes were really tight and we got frustrated not being able to feel comfortable wearing them.
Tight clothes meant a body that wasn’t healthy either. We decided enough was enough and that’s when we met Angel. Just at the right time.
Here’s where I digress to myself βοΈπ
12weeks change. I decided to change my mindset, my habit, my surrounding and I kept it going. I didn’t do anything extreme. My diet wasn’t a bowl of salad and just water everyday. πππ
Angel taught how to enjoy my food. She taught me the power of being positive on rainy days. Positivity, consistence and strong discipline really makes a difference.

Why i nak kurus? Actually it is not about kurus semata, my dream is i want to be fit and healthy and make it as my lifestyle..i xnak turun 20 30 kg dalam mase 3 bulan..then i start to gemuk balik..i want to make it lifestyle..sampai bila? Sampai bila2..no limit.
I want to enjoy this life as well..ade jugak masa i down..bila berat statik..but then i bangun balik. luckily I have group support like family and we stick together to be fit and healthy.
I love my “angel” saying to me - DONT PUSH YOUR BODY TOO HARD..AND CELEBRATE EVERY LITTLE ACHIEVEMENT. She also told me “DONT COMPARE YOUR BODY WITH OTHER PEOPLE” Kita semua unik n berbeza kan..

My only advice is jgn amik shortcut, clen maintain (detox tea, pill kurus- semua x berkesan long term) Nak kurus ni boleh tapi Cara sihat and boleh maintain as a life style.

My workmates around me started having a lot of health issues due to obesity especially as we reached our forties. It got really scary.
My clothes got a lot more tighter as I got older and I started getting bigger. The numbers on scales weren’t looking good either. My husband was the one to give me a wake up call. He was worried about my health.
So I decided to change. Angel guided me on my nutritional intake, water intake. She had her own way of not stressing my body out .
It did seem a little tough until I made it a lifestyle and had fun with my journey. I struggled working out once a week and now I can workout 6 times a week !!!
In terms of kg, I didn’t lose much but I am a lot more leaner, inch loss and I went from L - S !!!!! So of course I’m not complaining !!

Saya buat keputusan nak diet dan senaman sebab kawan2 sekerja kebanyakan ada penyakit dan obesiti bila umur masuk 40. Bila saya timbang pun dah berat sangat. Baju pun dah makin ketat.
Suami pon tegur badan dah besar. Jadi saya buat keputusan tekad nak kurus juga. Banyak yang saya belajar tentang ubah gaya hidup ubah gaya pemakanan dgn Coach Angel.
Mula2 susah nak ikut sebab tak biasa tapi mcm Angel ckp saya jadikan benda ni routine and lifestyle. Rupa2nya diet ni pun macam belajar juga. Lama2 pandai.

Saya pesakit diabetes.
October lepas ayah meninggal disebabkan diabetes dan juga kuman dalam badan. Ibu pun ada diabetes dan adik pula kena penyakit kanser limfoma. Kalau arwah ayah hidup pun, ayah akan didialisis.

I’m a diabetic patient and so were my parents. My dad passed away last October due to infection in blood and my brother developed lypfoma cancer. Unhealthy eating definitely came with a price.
I know I had to do something to change my life around as I was starting to get sick myself.
That’s where I met Angel. I asked her if it was even possible to lose fat and be healthier . Without a doubt , she said yes and told me to trust her methods.
So I did, I made lifestyle changes and my hubby followed along when he saw changes in me.
Last week, not only that I shed some kgs off but I was told my cholesterol level was lower and my urine was clear by the doctor π₯° . I learned what really mattered when it came to weight loss. I’m not just a few kgs lighter. I’m also healthier and I will continue striving for health!
